We recently used John German to sell our house. Jonathon initially came to value our house and take the photos, this was a straightforward process, he was friendly and made us feel at ease whilst offering us guidance with photos.
We were then assigned Katrine as our Sales Negotiator, and Katrine was absolutely amazing! We had lots of viewings and she kept us fully updated with potential offers and feedback.
Katrine offered us advice throughout and acted in our best interests at all times.
Alongside Katrine's professionalism she is genuinely a lovely person to deal with, which gives a sense of comfort in what can be a stressful time.
My only disappointment is that the after sales team didn’t seem to do a whole lot, we had quite a few issues during the sale/purchase and we ended up liaising directly with my solicitor, which was fine, but we didn’t even get a courtesy call from Jo to understand how it was all going.
I’m leaving the 5 stars purely for Katrine who is an asset to John German!

I would 100% recommend John German, East leake branch.
They were always friendly helpful and professional.
They would respond to queries quickly and efficiently. It felt safe knowing they were handling the house I buying, especially when a tricky situation arose in the sale, which was successfully resolved.

Throughout the selling process, which at times was challenging, she always remained 100% professional, proactive and thoroughly determined to achieve a positive result for us. We were buyers for a property in East Leake sold by John German. As first time buyers Katrine was helpful with us throughout from making an offer through to completion. When we moved in, keys were available literally 5 minutes after the solicitors had confirmed completion. We were given a hamper upon moving in. John German followed through with workmen being sent to the property to address any pre-discussed snags. Overall, We are happy with the service from John German - East Leake branch.

Very good at there individual roles, Katrine was very helpful with our Viewing and throughout the process.
I've dropped 1 star purely as sometimes when I've left messages for either Jo or Katrine I was told they were on the other line and would call back , but no return calls were received so it ment I had to ring again or just ask to go on hold.
