On behalf of the team at John Pipe International, I cannot speak highly enough of this company. When a delivery for a new customer went wrong through no fault of our own, they went over and above to support us with the equipment we needed to complete the job. Kelly worked out of hours to support me and their Director changed his plans to help too. Despite it being an extremely stressful situation, Kelly managed to come up with a solution and remained calm, friendly and professional at all times. She really is a superstar!

Great service throughout, engineer came quickly when we had an issue and the part required arrived within a few days. once fixed we had a slight issue still and the engineer returned within an hour to remedy. Garry was our point of contact and was especially helpful.

Provides an excellent service. I contacted Garry Dunmore about a brake issue on our forklift requesting an engineer to visit site. Garry advised the issue may be straightforward and we may not need an engineer. I followed his advice and resolved the issue. Fantastic, what company these days would do that. Not many! Thanks to all the team at East Midlands Forklifts.
