Your brand ethos sound great - however pls ensure they are deployed on the ground too. Absolutely awful and dangerous driving by your van driver now near Earl’s Court. Driving aggressively and cutting off others surely can not match up to your brand values?

Also, The Menu Partners are suspect - I posted this on their Instagram post and they deleted it within a minute! No apology, no acknowledgement. I’d steer clear of them.

Awful service, delivery drivers are polluting our neighbourhood by leaving their loud truck engines on for over one hour at a time every night. How is this legal?

Your vehicle with licence plate starting pj22 nearly ran two cars off of the road this morning and narrowly avoided a big car pile up.
It was on the junction near Manor House Station at 4.25am.
You need to have words with this driver. They drove over two lanes from left to right, forsing the two drivers in the right lane to break and swerve, then they drove onto the other side of the road before pulling out infront of those drivers whilst trying to do a U-turn. All this with no indicators.
Fortunately the other drivers were paying attention and managed to break and swerve. I myself had to break and luckily the person behind me did too.
Your driver needs to have his licence revoked for the safety of others.

I’d leave no stars if I could. Idk how anyone has managed to rate these people as a 5 star!

We’ve been using these guys for a couple of months now and every, and I mean every delivery I’ve taken from them has been wrong on every level;

-we’ve had out of date stock delivered
-fresh veg literally rotting when it arrived
-products underweighted by under half
-delivery days missed

Then to top everything off they give you only 3 days a week that they can deliver an order(which they somehow miss or deliver to the wrong address), don’t do weekends and delivery’s arrive mid service every time!

The whole operation is horribly organised from the customer service and transport department, to management.

Next day service, brilliant, food quality very very good. I only have one criticism is that all boxes like these (yours and others) contain items we do not like and cannot exchange for something we do eat. However thank you very much, will recommend you to my friends and keep safe

We have been really pleased with the orders we have had. The food is great and it has been delivered a couple of days after placing the order. My only criticism is that the delivery driver doesn't let us know they have delivered the food, it is left on the doorstep.

I dealt with Sandro at the Bicester depot. He was a pleasure to do business with, absolutely professional and just spot on. Also great working with Oli and Karen ad well they were great.
