We’re regular visitors here, and I have to say- we’re total ice cream lovers! Their ice creams are fantastic, especially the strawberry and pistachio flavours. The portions are generally very generous, although it can vary depending on who is serving. I once had to mention that my portion was smaller than usual. The only downside for me is the absence of a restroom facility.

I've been here with my family lots of times this time, not happy first minute portion this time for the prices we pay happy to pay the prices , but not for the portion they gave me secondly, there was three members of staff two girls and one boy the smaller girl and a boy were wearing aprons and we're using tissues , not to touch , the ice cream con but the taller girl was not wearing Apron she was using her bare hand touching the cone also hope was washing the hints Before & After serving also she was putting a small spoon in the
Pots of ice cream and eating the ice cream in front of us. This is not a complaint.This is what happen on the day we were there. You can judge for yourselves

I ordered a birthday cake and unfortunately it's a very disappointing experience.

Placed an order online for a small gelato cake 2 weeks in advance for collection. Clearly stated the cake is for my son's 12 yo birthday(see photo). Upon arriving at the store, the staff could not find my cake, then said I didn't put my personalised request on the right box.

What's the note section for then ? Isn't that clear enough for you to put a few words on the cake

Nevermind I needed a cake.

I was given a normal cake from the big freezer ( whats the point of me ordering online in advance )

No coolant or ice pack given for the gelato cake takeaway- Nevermind, I got my own ice packs and cool bag ready.

But look at the size of the box, it's ridiculously big for the size of my cake. I told the staff the cake is going to move and smash. But that is the only box they have I was told. The box is so big that it won't fit inside my large cool bag.

There was clearly some damage on the side of the cake when I got home. The cake is not even placed in the middle of the plate !!

Taste wise its ok. But it's more sorbet than gelato. I believe I was given a wrong cake since its just one they took out from the general large freezer.

Ice cream is probably the best that I had in London, but the service is not great. Team members they were talking between them and ignored me completely. After I asked if someone can clean the table, but nobody came.

Absolutely yes and yes!
I have tried a few ice cream places over this summer and I have found Unico the best for it's size & flavors.

It was a personal recommendation to give it a go from a friend and we literately messaged him to thank you for it.

Pistachio, peanut, ferrero, coconut all wonderful flavors!
The staff was super friendly and helpful too.

We will be back soon 🙂
Ps they have more shops in London.
