This is one of my favourite places in London.

There are many options and everything is fresh and delicious. The staff are always helpful and welcoming.

On my last two visits Emre and Ricardo were especially impressive.
When I asked Emre the halal options, he kindly helped us. He had a good idea of what we might enjoy as Turkish people. He recommended us Borekita and another pastry, both were incredibly fresh and tasty.

I also really enjoy the cinnamon buns. They are large, tasty and always fresh. I also like Chai Latte.

The prices are affordable especially considering the quality.
You can dine in or take away. There are many seats both inside and outside. If you choose take away, there’s even a small discount.

You should definitely give this place a try!

Overall a phantastic offer they have at the place. The recommendation for the iced latte with the one sirup was good. It was not overly sweet. There where a lot of sandwiches with the typical mayo spreads. As they had a place in the next room where they prepped everything, I asked if they could do me a favor and do a sandwich with just butter. I understand, but at the same time they don't drown in work. I ended up with a tiny "snack bun" that had butter and salami. Like I said, I understand, but still it would have been a good service.

Gail’s bakery is always a great choice especially if you are heading to the Greenwich park and want to have some treats! This place is always busy considering the location and quality so expect 15min stop in there.

Wow! What a gem in London. I guess it’s a chain, but didn’t feel like it there! Something savory and sweet for all - my 5 year old loved the smoked salmon on that poppyseed thing and we finished the cinnamon bun like there’s no tomorrow. We were back for more! Bravo for such a successful bakery.

I have been buying a ham and cheese croissant every other Sunday since the day they opened, and I feel sad and cheated as a customer with their evolution since then.

At first the food was good and worth the price (high in my opinion) of the product. But in the 2 years or so since they opened the quality of their products and their care had decreased while their prices had gone up.

They put the product in the bags and handle them without care, making the cheese on top stick to the paper bag. The taste is also less richer than it used to be. And the price is now £5 when it was £3,70 not so long ago.

Sad in my opinion. If I’m paying more for less, the least they can do is handle and package the product in a way that it doesn’t get destroyed by the time I’m leaving the store.

I’ve been to many Gail’s, but this one is my favorite! The atmosphere is so cozy, the staff are friendly, and the pastries are always fresh. Just LOVE LOVE the Vibes!

Lovely bakery that’s kept its charm despite expanding to over 100 locations. The quality, service, and atmosphere still feel personal and welcoming. One downside: it’s surprising that this large branch doesn’t offer customer toilets. Feels like a basic amenity that’s missing.

I come often and the mixed olive sourdough is one of my fav, it used to taste so crunchy and fresh, while of course the following day was still good but not as when just bought. Lately it tastes as the second day even when bought fresh in the morning, something changed? Just not as good as it used to.
