Ordered a 6ft tree to be delivered. Issues with delivery not showing up but super impressed by the customer service when I popped down to their Greenwich location to discuss. Have been getting my family Christmas tree here for more years than I can remember. Love the family, the girls are lovely! Even when I move i shall come back here. Smaller than usual this year as the kids aren't here but still great quality and, in my mind, beautiful.

Ordered a tree online from Greenwich Christmas Trees and what was delivered was a very lopsided tree with uneven coverage. Return refused on the grounds that trees are exempt from 14 day distance selling regulations. First time ordering a Christmas tree online but after this experience in future I will definitely stick with choosing one in person.

EDIT: Upon reading my review Greenwich Christmas Trees did contact me to try and resolve the issue which I do appreciate, which is why I have revised my review to 4 stars

SUPER HAPPY with our tree !! Thank you so much ! Friendly service at the initial enquiry stage. We then placed an order online as we are without a car at the moment. Able to select the delivery day. Delivery was punctual, helpful on arrival and the exact same level of friendliness from the visit to Greenwich the week before. And the tree.......it arrived packaged, moist, plump, healthy looking and smelling as Christmas Trees should, so all in all - Great quality, Great Customer service and a Very Happy Customer - Thank you again and see you in 2021 !!!

Had my tree delivered today, asked the gentleman if I could pay for help getting it in my stand and up straight etc. he got it in and straight and wouldn’t take any cash. The tree is beautiful!!! The service was superb from start to finish and this is where I will get my trees from now on. I honestly can recommend getting not only a fab tree from here but top notch service. Thought we'd try them this year as our usual is supplier is now so expensive. Not impressed at first as 5ft tree delivered was in fact 4ft 3in and a horrible shape. However a phoned and emailed complaint was dealt with quickly and professionally and a much nicer tree, with complimentary wreath, was delivered the next day by Tanya with a fulsome apology. We were impressed by this personal service.
