It’s a charming little spot with just two stools, creating a cozy atmosphere, complemented by a lovely selection of items for sale - we bought some candles after enjoying our drinks.

The coffee itself was exceptional. Flat White was exactly as I'd hoped: smooth, balanced, and not overly bitter or acidic. If you're after something special, the guest espresso/cortado was rich and full of flavor. We also tried the Long Black, which was excellent.

Overall, it's one of the best coffee experiences we've had in London.

The barista was very kind and accommodating, offering us proper glasses instead of disposable cups upon request.

We'll definitely be returning whenever we're nearby!

I can’t believe this customer service. I’ve been coming regularly and finally got enough stamps to get a free coffee. I showed the guy behind the counter my screen and he said to tap something then swipe to redeem the free coffee. Once I did this the reward disappeared. He then said he never saw my screen so he couldn’t verify that I had the reward. He then told me I need to get 9 more coffees to get my next free one. His tone was rude and condescending. He basically accused me of trying to steal a free coffee. His colleague then stepped in and made me one “as goodwill”. This colleague then said that they’re all still learning how to use the app. I know for a fact it’s been the same app for over a year.

Why have an app if your staff don’t know how it works? But more importantly, what sort of staff treats customers like this? Honestly I felt like just walking out.

The shop has a convenient location and I used to be a regular but until they sort out their attitude I probably won’t be back.

Quality coffee with rich notes of hazelnut. Cute little shop. Looking forward to try the pastries and food too.

Walked a little further to get here again because I am too early for training and the cafe I want to sit in is full.

Still one of the best latte I’ve had in London. Intensely nutty. Perhaps I should get a loyalty card by now.

Windy, but not bad to enjoy some sunshine 🙂
