The staff or owner I don’t know but he was very rude with me. I just asked for vegetables samosa for is it fresh or not he answered me like he cooked tomorrow. That guy need to dismiss from his job.

The shop is opened, food is cooking, a lot of people inside, but the guy do not want to serve anyone else but Bangoli people only.
This is discrimination.
Everyone getting food but only if you're Bangoli.

The guy put extra item and charged me for that on the top, I asked him twice I have not ordered that, he said its not yours its another customers, than again i asked him as i saw he was putting that with my items, he again said its not yours and put inside my bag , i truseted him did not check my bag when handed and finally when I came home found out he put that 2 boxes of extra unwanted sweet which was charged as well, this might be their policy as it sounded to increase the sale which is not very nice and its kind of fraud. it was not convenient to go to the store back for return as I visited relatives house and did not take the sweet back as it does not looks nice. I visited other Alauddin stores and they were good never had any issue with them. I would never visit this store, Alauddin is very old shop in Bangladesh, since I was a child I used to enjoy their sweets but I do not know how this stores get franchises. This things happen in thirld world in poor stores but I was socked to see this in the UK!
