Brilliant service! This is the 5th year in a row that I order a tree and they never disappoint. This year's tree is stunning and I know that with care, it will last way into January like the previous ones. I don't have a car and live in a flat, and being able to have the tree delivered right on my door step is super convenient.

Amazing service with Ali & Joe's. Stunning tree, delivered on time and the driver helped carry our tree to our first floor flat too. I love the biodegradable netting, that the trees are from sustainable Christmas farms no more than an hour outside of Bristol and that new trees are planted. They also do rental Christmas trees which we nearly got but they were quite small and this year we had a big flat to fill 🙂 Thank you xx

This is the second year I have used ali and Joe’s and they have a customer for life not only have both their Christmas tree’s been fantastic and lasted from the 1st of the December through to new year But….. they are genuinely all round fantastic humans. We've been getting our Christmas Tree from Ali & Joe's for several years now - almost back to when they first started up - and the trees have been consistently excellent and well-sourced. Service is also friendly, welcoming and helpful - this is a proper family operation - to the point that it really does feel like Christmas properly begins when we come along to choose a tree. I'm sure I'm one of many returning customers who'd happily recommend Ali & Joe's to anyone in the Bristol area looking to buy or rent a real tree and support a local business in the process. First time I’ve used a tree delivery service and these guys have set the bar high. It was delivered as promised and was the most beautiful tree I’ve had in years - guests kept commenting on its perfect shape and it held some of the heaviest baubles all season long without drooping. It also dropped the least needles even on exit than any tree I’ve had. Brilliant. Thank you!

We were recommended Ali & Joe's beautiful trees last year and now we won't get them from anywhere else - ours was really bushy and barely dropped any needles compared to others we'd had before!
