Fish was not fresh, they didn’t cut fish as I’d asked, and they included fish waste as part of weight measurement. Won’t be going here again.

Described as the "best of a countryside farm shop" Which is a complete lie because all the meat is HALAL!
No traditional English countryside farm shop sells Islamic meat. As a Christian this is very offensive.

We have been to the shop today driving from Trowbridge to Bristol, and wanted to get some fresh fish but we were disappointed because after ordering when was the time to pay, the sellers wanted only cash but it was never mentioned or written anywhere that the card machine was not working. As usual we had always paid with card, and never had issues whereas this time they refused and tried to teach consumers where to take out cash, even though we asked to send the money by bank transfer but refused that too. The fish is very good, but it can’t say the same for customer service.
