Lush Greens is Bristol's best kept secret. I'm blown away how lovely it is volunteering in that green and growing haven... great conversations with others while picking sugar snaps, over coffee under the spectacular new sun shade, during the amaizing lunches (wonderful food with produce straight off the land). Olly and Jimmy are the stars of the show, growing fab produce with their regenerative farming principles (soil health/ no dig). Food is produced for food banks and food clubs and also a great "community supported agriculture" (CSA) box scheme where people pay what they can. This is the real deal folks!

I have volunteered at Lush Greens and was very impressed by it's ethos, staff and the very organised and fulfulling volunteering experience there. They walk the talk from the compost toilet and environmentally friendly farming methods down to the oat milk served in my coffee! A delicious lunch was cooked for us using produce from the farm and the induction was thorough and reassuring. I would recommend this farm to any volunteer or organisation in the food security sector in Bristol.
