I had such an amazing day at their BBQ school! I signed up for their Beginners Guide to Smoking. Super informative and made me feel at ease, even though I had minimal experience with BBQing. I’m hooked! It was nice to have time to ask questions throughout the day and get access to a BBQ expert. Not to mention we got to enjoy SO MUCH food throughout the day. On arrival they had unlimited coffee and a bacon sandwich for us. We spent a few hours smoking different meats (chicken, pork belly, pulled pork and even some Ox Heart!) along with preparing a few classic BBQ sides. We finished the day by devouring the BBQ feast that we prepared together and washed it down with a few beers. Went home with plenty of leftovers and an entire smoked rotisserie chicken. Nath and Kins are both really lovely and super hospitable. Made for a perfect Sunday! Highly recommend signing up for one of their classes!

Attended a BBQ/smoking course. It was sold out and attended by eager folks wanting to learn more. We were really well looked after, taught some of the skills needed and fed so well that I don’t think I’ll need to eat for a week after!

Liked the food so went on a smoking course with Big Nath's and was not disappointed. Great selection of recipes im excited to try next time I BBQ, using cuts I'd not thought to use. Was a great chilled out atmosphere on the day, with plenty of great tips from Big Nath (man knows his food), and plenty of very tasty food. 100% recommend.

Amazing day spent learning about smoking food. Nath and Kinsey are so warm, friendly and have created something very special here. They are passionate about their product and use the best of ingredients, they put everyone at ease and Nath's knowledge is incredible! Will definitely be booking another course, a great way to spend a Saturday, cooking and eating the best food in super company!

My husband and son spend a day with Nath and Kinsey. They both had a great time, learnt a huge amount and are much more confident in both bbq’ing and smoking. Would recommend to anyone looking for a gift for 20 + male / group. Excellent day out

I wish I could give a better review, but they came to Redcatch Park in Bristol and it was dire. Over 2 hour wait for dirty fries with Mac and cheese and when it arrived we were told they had run out and they substituted in coleslaw which... is not the same, is it. To make things worse, the fries were stone cold, and we paid over £20 for the privilege. Will never use these guys again.

Thank you for the great course. Beginner smoking has given me the techniques I can use in my bbq. Definitely recommend to get on one of the courses. Excellent Experience and lots of knowledge for them team.

Was lucky enough to meet these guys at a festival and signed up to their bbq school. As you’ve heard already food is incredible and it speaks for itself. The BBQ school was a great starter for someone like me who had very little experience with smoking/bbq and I would recommend to everyone! Not only that, these are some of the nicest, friendliest and hospitable people you’ll ever likely to meet. What an amazing local business to have just on our doorstep. Nath, Kins and Pickle you guys are awesome!
