We asked Tom to review cracked and uneven tiles in our kitchen : he came round within a day and explained the likely cause and remediation: there was a bit of delay in starting the work, but when Andy started the work, we quickly uncovered the cause: damp and rotting joist timbers needed removing, a new floor built, with a vinyl surface.
We were very impressed by Andy, his workmanship, skill, dedication, communication with tenants and making good, and the prompt removal of waste. We were really pleased with how the whole project worked out and would definitely and wholeheartedly recommend HeadsApart.

Terrible company with shoddy work. Had three pieces of work done with them, all causing no end of troubles.

New toilet fitted - immediately leaked.
Net sink fitted - began leaking later and was covered over in a way that was very difficult to maintain.
Skylight fitted, left in unfinished state, not cleaned or painted and with massive damp issues.

Avoid like the plague.

Tom Head has tackled several jobs for us, all with professionalism, and for a competitive price. He has been personable, friendly and inventive when it came to solutions.
Tom tackled a tricky and unpleasant urgent repair to a soil waste pipe. We were relieved to have this resolved quickly and professionally.
Also installation of a central heating radiator, and repairs to a shared chimney top. He made cooperation between himself, myself and my neighbour very straightforward.

I have used Tom and his team at my work for several years; they do the whole range of maintenance tasks, from fixing broken items to installation of a new kitchen and large scale removal of partitions and decorating. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the whole team work efficiently on their own or together.
