Absolutely awful experience with this company, which took over our accounts from our previous brilliant accountant. Both mine and my partners business accounts were submitted late, mine were four months, despite lots of chasing and many emails not responded to at all. We’ve been left with a late filing fee that they’re trying to dispute. It will come down in our favour because I have all the evidence but the time this is taking away from my tiny non-profit organisation is devastating. Apparently we’re not alone and other organisations who swapped to them have also experienced similar difficulties. Previous and accountants since have been a completely different story. Avoid like the plague!
