Random review as I haven’t had any work done by this company. But in an age where people are so quick to leave a bad review, I believe in doing the same with good reviews!

I’m on the motorway and there were
some really large items in the middle lane. Cars were slowing and going round the hazard.
The Elmtree van, stopped and took it upon themselves to clear the road.

Good deed done and could have saved someone from an accident!

If I was looking for a garden contractor, that’s the proactive and decent attitude I’d be looking for!

Do not use, came out to prep my garden for turf. Didn’t do the correct job the first time , second time they did a shobby job and when I mentioned about some large broken bricks and rubble at the end of the garden they forgot to take away. They just left as soon as I spun around. Called the complaints department and they blamed the quality of the soil and that the contractor has adhd. I’m sorry but surely leaving a job without an explanation , leaving gates and doors open to anyone without even a reason isn’t a explaination for this behaviour. Please be aware

Elmtree were very responsive to emails and came back to me with a quote and final plan within a week of contact. Had a great range of materials and design options which showed me great knowledge.
Men who carried out work were professional and very respectful of COVId guidelines.
We are very happy with the project Elmtree completed for us and every quest we have comments on how lovely our garden is. Would recommend.

Elmtree garden contractors have done a fantastic job here at Perry court e-act academy. And a huge thank you to Rich and Ian who visit every month to maintain the grounds. Elmtree have now carried out extensive garden renovations at two properties I owned. They are amazingly talented and I've been incredibly pleased with the results. One property involved building into a cliff. It wasn't easy but it looked amazing and gave us tremendous views overlooking Clevedon Pier. Thanks to all the staff involved. Would certainly have no hesitation in recommending.
