I have used Casa Environmental Services three times in as many months at the end of 2024 for two public buildings I manage in the village in which I live and also to analyse some suspicious fibrous material discovered in my own house during building works. With the public buildings it was to confirm what was suspected in that ACMs (asbestos containing material) were in the artex ceilings due to the age of their construction.
In all instances they responded quickly to the request to come out and take samples, to give reports and offer advice. I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise and would recommend them to anyone needing to determine if ACMs are present in the building for piece of mind if nothing else.
