This was a really excellent experience. Our guide was very relaxed and made the whole experience. The amount of time it takes was perfect. Plenty of time given to take photographs. To top it all off tasting some fantastic gins and other spirits. Well organised, very interesting and excellent value for money.

I took my Mum for the gin tour and tasting experience at Hensol Castle Distillery on 28th December and we had a great time! We also added on the afternoon tea which was lovely. I'd highly recommend this as a treat.

I booked the gin tasting distillery tour for my wife's birthday and we both had a wonderful time. Our guide was Luke and he was very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable of all things gin, distilling, and Hensol Castle itself. The tour takes you under the castle grounds itself, with amazing facts and facilities to see. We even got to see Gerald, their resident distiller machine! You definitely get your money's worth with free drinks, and even an opportunity to try all of the Hensol Castle drinks line at the bar at the end, for free! Would love to come again.

Fabulous experience, Peter was so knowledgeable, great to learn the history of Hensol Castle, an added bonus to the distillery tour. I would recommend making your own gin, choosing the botanicals and tasting.

We had a lovely visit to the gin making experience at Hensol. Eve was our guide and was so lovely, funny and informative.
We loved the experience of infusing our gin and love that we got to take our bottle home.
Great value for money as well with the samples and drinks offered throughout. We’d love to do this again simply to try different infusions!

Amazing! Me and my partner had a splendid time. Our guide was very thorough about all the facts about the castle and the history of the distillery, I felt like a proper student crafting my own rum. Hensols Alcohol is a very tastey treat. Would love to come back again.

We had an amazing time at Hensol Castle Gin experience. Pip our quide was very informative about the history of Hensol Castle and the history of Gin making. We got to make our own gin and again Pip was informative and helping us with the recipe and the use of botanicals to flavour our Gin. A great afternoon. Thankyou Pip.
