Not to be trusted. Made an order, heard nothing of it for weeks. Couldn't get through to anyone by email or phone. Was eventually contacted when I informed them I'd be pursuing refund via my credit card. They then tried to inform me they had contacted me, the system said so, and the same system claimed to have already given me a refund (it hadn't). I asked for a transaction id to prove this. No response. Over a week later I received a pending refund. It eventually cleared 10 days after that. If I hadn't pursued this, no doubt these fraudsters would have just kept the £100 for a product i not only did not receive, but received no explanation why it as never delivered. An obvious failing company. Steer clear.

put a order in on the 14th December, had no correspondence since, they wont answer the phone and have not yet replied to any emails. Having to go through the bank to get my money back. Iv used Leafy Tiger in the past with out a problem. Will never use them again now

Do not use this company - they cannot be trusted! If I could give this company no stars, I would. They sent me a faulty item, which after chasing, they agreed to refund and to pay me back for the postage. I have had the item itself refunded but nothing back on the postage, despite multiple chasing. I am still chasing a full refund almost 2 months later. I can get no response via email and their phone number just rings. This is not how to run a company and provide customer service. I will never use this company again and do not recommend anyone else using them.

Disappointing and not reliable. Still waiting for refund two months after my order (LT2994) for two roses got lost in transit. They only replaced one variety as the other was out of stock but have so far ignored several emails requesting a refund and refuse to answer the telephone. Very frustrating!

I have just bought 8 fennel plants from Leafy Tiger - not that many places stock green fennel so I was very pleased to find Leafy Tiger - and also very pleased with the very modest cost per plant. I wasn't - for that price - expecting anything super well established - but when they arrived I was blown away - fabulous, super healthy, well established sizeable plants - absolutely delighted - can't recommend highly enough.

Had never shopped with Leaft Tiger before - only did so this time because I was sent a link to their website for a friends Birthday present.
I placed the order online without an issue, got a confirmation email but with no delivery date estimate. On their website they just say they aim to ship same day.
A week went by and I had not had an update. At this point I emailed them via their online contact form. A couple of days went by and I still heard nothing. I then replied directly to confirmation email (nothing).
Tried ringing but their lines are only open mon-fri (what sort of garden centre has this arrangement?). The answer machine has no branding or messaging - only a standard mobile answer phone. At this point I was concerned the company wasnt legit.
When I eventually got through on a Monday I was told that my order has not moved from the "pending payment pot" on their system. They assured me the product would be shipped by Thursday/Friday that week. Friday came and still nothing. I phoned again and was told that it was sent out that morning. I was again assured that I would get the product on saturday. I then get a text from FedEx 3 hours later saying that they recieved my order - using the tracking code it said that the label had been printed but they didnt have the parcel yet. I fully suspect that they lied and had yet again forgotten to ship it and only did so after my second phone call.
I did not receive the product until the Monday - three weeks after I ordered it. Looking at the other reviews, I doubt I would have received it at all if not for me chasing it up.

I will never be using this company again and would caution others to follow suit.

Order placed 7th August 2024 on 15th August an email arrived saying "We're writing to confirm that your order with Leafy Tiger has been canceled. Should you have any questions or require further assistance regarding this cancellation or any other matter, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're committed to providing excellent customer service and are here to help."
I mailed back asking for an explanation.. NO REPLY emailed again a couple of days later NO REPLY, Phoned twice and have left two voice mails, NO RESPONSE. NO REFUND either, now have to go to the bank to go through their procedures to get my money back.
Avoid this company.

Absolutely bloody awful! I would advise you to think before buying from this site. I have had to give 1 star as this is the lowest!
My issues:
1. Order still not sent over 1 week from order. Despite being told its in stock.
2. Chased this and was told would be sent next working day.
3. Email to say this had happened but courier still not got he parcel and tracking confirms this.
4. Repeated emails, telephone calls and messages. No one answers or calls back/responds.

I am going to contact my credit card company and take action this way.

To avoid the bloody aggro and inability to communicate I would look elsewhere.
