Amazing day with Johnny & the team! Got given it as a present and it was great fun - aside from leaving with an ungodly amount of sausages & burgers, a ballantine (entire boned chicken) and some black garlic - all of which we'd made ourselves, we learnt how to do all of it ourselves.
It's all been absolutely delicious!

My husband and I received a sausage making experience as a gift. We had the best afternoon with Johnny & Steve who took us through the full sausage making process, including mixing, flavouring, filling and linking our own batch of sausages to take home, whilst making us laugh throughout. We even had time for a break & a chat to sample some of our own sausage burgers. I'd definitely recommend this experience to anyone!

Fantastic full day spent with Johnny and Steve learning and practising butchery - from ballantining a chicken, to making sausages and much much more. A great all round experience having a craic with all of the team, enjoying a delicious hungarian home made meal for lunch, and leaving with a fridge full of meat from all of the various cuts we had turned our hand too. Highly recommended.

Jonny quoted for our wedding BBQ pre covid and though we didn't marry until summer 2024 he barely raised the quote at all for the same thing. He cared what we wanted and catered for all dietary needs. Was professional on the day but still kept his great attitude and a smile for everyone.
Really appreciated the care and attention given.
In standard times - his variety of sausages and burgers are amazing ! That's what dree us to him catering the wedding in the first place.

I needed an expert to butcher my chickens, I phoned several shops around the area and none either could or would help me. That was until I got in touch with this guy, nothing was a problem, he expertly butchered my chickens and did it extremely quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Had the pleasure of experiencing a day with Johnny and Steve at the snobby butchers. They managed to squeeze so much in for me to do from de-boning shoulders, sausage and burger making, helping preparing meat for the counter and butchering half a pig and a quarter of a heifer! The list goes on!

They even treated me to some cracking snap through out the day to keep my energy levels up!

Proper enjoyed thier company and listening to thier stories and both were great at answering my endless questions, true gents.

And a a plus at the end of the day I got to take some of the produce I'd been working on, along with my new butchers knife!

Would definitely recommend spending a day at the snobby butchers!

Did a Sausage making experience about a month ago now. Cannot recommend highly enough- Johnny and Steve both very welcoming and go through the start to finish process of making your own recipe sausages! The day is made so enjoyable as you are learning from 2 guys who not only are very skilled at what they do, but have passion and pride in their products- it really shines through all the time you are there. The experience is a definite must if you have an interest in getting hands on in the kitchen! Took home plenty of top quality produce we made on the day and will definitely return to purchase more!

Snobby burger is hands down the best burger in Nottingham. Its a little more pricey than other burger takeaways but worth every penny. In case you're wondering the burger in the picture is the Juicy Lucy with braised bbq beef added to the top and 100% gets my recommendation
