Went in for the first time both myself and my husband .The food looked amazing I got parmo chips and closlaw and my hubby got lasagne chips and closlaw absolutely beautiful. Only downside was behind the counter there was food everywhere it wasn't tidy or cleaned down I know they are very busy but doesn't take a couple of seconds to clean surface area down

good but no where near as it was years ago buns arnt that fresh to be honest used to get two bacon three sausages in you sandwich now two sausages but more expensive staff are fantastic and lovely service counter staff amazing .

Bought 1kilo of stewing steak of which a 1/3 turned out to be fat and gristle and when I’m being charged £15 kilo…I won’t be going back ..I’d heard it was one of the best butchers in the area…I wanted to try and get away from supermarket meat and support a local business…however it was over priced and of poor quality.🤔

Just ordered a chicken and mozzerella panini for my lunch, looked lovely enough however when I bit into it I discovered a massive piece of bacon, which was not advertised in the app when ordering or I would not have ordered. Very disappointing as I do love this butchers. The chips we got were very lovely, just a shame about the panini and the salad which had sweated underneath and was inedible.
