Didn’t deliver correct food, sent aggressive email, refused to change as said it was delivered! I have photo evidence to prove your wrong and will be further challenging it! Do not use this company trying to commit some version of fraud asked me to return it to an electronics company. 😂
Scammer company, hundreds of bad reviews on eBay.

Don't rate this outfit at all on their customer service. Appalling. 0 stars if I could. Reported ref pouches of Whiskas cat food March 2nd having more jelly than meat when opened. Didn't expect to be offered a voucher but was nice to read this on email. Still nothing in the post...things must be bad.
Just read earlier review where similar happened with vouchers not turning up. No real surprise then hey. Wonder if the US office would want to know.

Whiskas's was a standard, trusted brand.. This has been spoiled by apparent greed and so called shrinkflation etc... The market and pricing is controlled by such branding yet you see fit to reduce the size of both wet and dry foods while increasing the pricing so much and without announcement. It is not acceptable! I will now be seeking better value and integrity from other manufacturers.

Mars petcare what are you doing.? i visited staff sales today to buy some petfood but was told that retirees of mars petcare were no longer able to use use this facility.....No letter, no communication whatsoever but was told by security as i entered the site. I was an associate of mars for 29 years and after 25 years service retirees were able to use the discounted store to buy petfood and chocolate etc. Why did you not even bother to do the right thing and notify retirees with over 25 years service of your very poor decision to exclude your retirees. Maybe you should rethink your decision.....does not look good does it.

Some time ago I phoned mars because I had a problem with chappie dog food. Avery nice lady took all my details and apologised and said they would send vouchers as I had to throw out food. Fast forward a few weeks and still no vouchers so rang again to be told they would send them to me. As of today 27.3.20 still nothing, must admit I am very disappointed with Mars petcare.
