Before one month I purchased Q10 BioCLA and Kpearls. Poor quality the Q10 and CLA softcaps are puffy and dirty. Blister quality uwful. Expiration date for an order on October

Having purchased ubiquinol 30mg from a third party seller and having suffered an adverse reaction from it having used it in th3 past, with great results I was, however, denied a refund by an Ebay third party seller as the seller refused returns. I believe it might have become contaminated by sunlight exposure or whatever.
But this company have stepped up to the plate and have offered me a free exchange - that's what you call excellent customer service ! Thank you Pharma Nord my faith in your brand is restored and I can easily recommend this brand to anyone else.

Your products are 10 STAR, but delivery is 3 STAR the last parcel was falling apart/un-stuck at the end - a delivery value of £40, and very slow. You advertise 'Paypal' ...but you do not make this service available - it is certainly not there at 'checkout'. I previously emailed you but nobody responds and to assume that all customers can phone you between 9 am and 5 pm is wrong. I hope to build-bridges with you but I don't expect any Directors will bother to read this. Well done on products though. Sorry for such negativity.

Pharma Nord represents the gold standard when it comes to vitamin supplements. Their body of research shows that they can demonstrate safety, quality and efficacy. I have personally benefited from their products along with many friends and family. Not all vitamins are the same. The market is awash with poor quality, cheap vitamins that only serve to fuel the scepticism that supplements don't work.

Pharma Nord products are used therapeutically by doctors, dentists, nurses, therapists, nutritionists, naturopaths, chemists and more. The same cannot be said for many of the big, brand-led supplements that dominate the shelves. I believe they represent great value for money as you actually get to absorb what is in the tablet/capsule. This is the failing of many supplements, which simply pass straight through the body.

Products of note include Bio-Quinone Q10 (heart health, statins, energy, gum health) with 90 clinical trials, and SelenoPrecise selenium, which is medical grade and boasts the highest absorption - over 50 clinical trials.

Preventative nutrition is the most sensible approach to securing your health in the future. Supplements should never replace a healthy diet, but the fact remains that we need to top up our levels due to the lack of vitamins, minerals and micronutrients in most mass-produced foods.

I urge anyone wasting money on cheap vitamins (or wasting time, by not taking any at all) to consider Pharma Nord. They give free advice and great service too.

Buyer beware!!! Company sent out delivery without tracking and then refused to refund order when the delivery couldn't be tracked. Not a very good company at all. Buy elsewhere.
