I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a chocolate cake that was absolutely delightful. The flavor was incredibly rich yet delicately smooth, making each bite a true treat. My husband bought me the Tiramisu cake for my birthday, it was so yummy, light and fresh, tasted amazing and was still perfectly edible a few days later. My husband was very pleased with the customer service too. Definitely be buying from here again.

I rarely want to spend much on something like a cake but we were drawn in by a small but mightily enjoyable taster, and the quality of the service in Basingstoke was utterly fabulous, so we decided to try these guys out for our daughter’s birthday cake .

Twenty minutes later I came away with a freshly and beautifully decorated cake; it was an absolute highlight of the day and demolished in very short order.

Our eldest daughter’s birthday is now coming up, and my husband, who is even more reticent than I am with these types of spends, started our “what shall we do for her birthday?” conversation by unilaterally declaring that we would need another cake from these guys. Ha.

I swung past to ask about different colours than what I could see on display, and was once again met with second to none service seeking to accommodate what we were looking for.

So I highly recommend this as an option both for the wonderful quality of service, but also for the insanely delicious and beautiful cakes themselves, which of course is what you pay for.

When it comes to birthday cakes you can get such a mixture. Shop bought cakes can be really dry and some can be quite good but not very special. Walking through Festival Place I was approached by a smiley, happy face
(later i found out to be the manager) offering to me some samples. They were incredible, it has to be one of the best cakes I have had. Nice and moist, not dry at all. I am a chocolate lover myself, so the cakes I have had have been chocolate related... .and go perfectly with a glass of milk!

We have had the Black Forest Cake and also the Ferrero cake. Both of them absolutely amazing. We wouldn't think of getting a cake elsewhere now.

The service was amazing and you can see the staff enjoy their jobs getting creative with the designs.

**Update: I would like to say one more thing about this business: they have a really good customer service and for this I will give 5 STARS because they deserve it. After I have reviewed the macaroons as not being soft they've emailed me and they've told me that they found the reason why they were dry and not so soft as they should be. For me,this means a lot and means that these people care about their business and about what they are doing. It would be too bad to loose customers because the products are not as they should be,because their products looks amazing. Applause from me!**

To be honest I've tasted better cakes and macaroons than these ones,for me all the cakes had the same taste,nothing different to any of them. They are looking very good and tempting you to buy more. The macaroons were not soft as I was expecting too. We've bought them from Milton Keynes store.
The staff was friendly and helpful and they offered for free to taste a macaroon.

My husband got me Ferrero Roche cake for my birthday (from newly opened Bromley branch) and OMG is sooo good!
