A convenient location and pleasant store with a difference. The shop assistance was helpful and extremely polite and the service was good.
Unfortunately the decaf Coffee was overpriced and didn’t taste like the ‘Blue Mountain deCaf I buy from Whittards. However, a good experience to see the variety of product on good display.

I’m learning a lot whilst buying from this shop, as I’ve never been to a fill up shop before - all thanks to chatting to the lovely staff here. They’ve shown me how to get stuff weighed etc. I’m enjoying getting use out of old containers, and I’m still surprised at just how much variety of stuff you can get here! Nice, clean and neat inside too.

I love coming to FillUp Alton and knowing I'm doing my bit to reduce waste packaging. It's made such a difference to the amount of rubbish in the bin each week!
There's a great selection of products and it's fun trying new snacks with the kids.
It's so nice to walk into a shop knowing you can trust the products inside. Louise has done all the hard work for us - sourcing amazing local, ethical and environmentally friendly products.

Great little store but be aware they have a minimum of £5 on card. Annoyingly I only usually need one or two things that are less than a fiver so I’ve started getting them from the supermarket again. A shame as I would rather refill things but I don’t use cash!

Love this shop, its such a great asset to the town to help everyone reduce the waste they use! - I was served recently by Louie and he is a credit to the shop, such a nice young guy.
