Just returned from a couple of nights at Audleys Wood.|We had a lovely quiet weekend away. We visited the Hotel many years ago and were interested to see how it had stood the test of time. We were not disappointed! |The Hotel has a very cosy feel to it even although it was catering for a pre planned event in the pavilion. There was more than enough staff to cater in the Hotel and we noticed no drop in standards. |All the staff were very pleasant and helpful from checking in to leaving. A special mention to Valentine and Sebastian for their kindness and professionalism. Catering for our every need at dinner and earlier drinks. All the staff at breakfast were fantastic. Many thanks! |Our room was very quiet and spacious with a welcome tray of biscuits, tea, Coffee and hot chocolate. Water was also provided chilled in the fridge with fresh milk. |Our bathroom was large and very well appointed and clean. |There was also plenty of parking available and an overflow lot as well just in case. |Overall a lovely couple of days, made even better by the kindness of the staff and the beautiful weather. |We will return in the future and say hello!

Spent two nights at this hotel celebrating our son and (now) daughter in laws’s wedding. It was an absolute triumph ! A beautiful setting with excellent organisation at every level. The food was outstanding and commented on by many, many guests. What really made the event was the staff and the service they provided. Every member of staff clearly knew their role, so good training and oversight was very evident. There was a genuine homely feel throughout the hotel which made for a very professional but relaxing atmosphere. Excellent buffet breakfast, but individual orders also taken e.g. omelettes, eggs Benedict. A fantastic weekend and wonderful memories. Thank you !

Stayed over last night. ||On arrival we were told we’d been upgraded to a bigger suite as we were celebrating my husbands birthday. They also said there was a wedding going on and it might be abit noisy at midnight as they would walk past our window so gave us the option to move, we didn’t and to be honest didn’t hear a thing! ||Lovely room, didn’t eat here as we went out but had a few drinks in the bar. ||Would stay again

Fantastic hotel, staff cannot do enough to help and some really great touches in terms of going over and above on service. Dogs allowed and they love having them and have doggie beds for the rooms, treats also. The grounds are stunning, the food is very, very good. Overall a great place to stay.

I was there for a funeral wake at mid-morning until mid afternoon. It was held in a large marquee, which was laid out very nice. The buffet was lovely, and gluten-free food was no issue.The friendly staff and service were good . A large screen was put up with in the marquee to show videos/ photos on,however, after a time, the screen blew over onto a table of people lucky no one was injured. Health and safety?

Sunday lunch in The Conservatory. Friendly welcoming staff. Beautiful surroundings. Roast chicken was cooked perfectly and the deserts were delicious. A little on the pricey side once the service charge is added but overall a nice place for a special occasion.

Excellent place, we been to the restaurant here and had a meal . Amazing food and service was great especially from the receptionist had drinks and food in the bar and conservatory restaurant. Food was delicious starters and main course and will highly recommended and will definitely visit again .
