Love ordering from this small business!

By far the best Cookies and Brownies I have ever eaten, Vegan or not!
I love the support the Business shows to its Customers.
Love the variety of flavours too!

They are having trouble with their Delivery People, as some parcels are dispatched late and the boxes come a little battered.
No fault of Vegan Bakes, it’s the separate shipping company. And definitely does not take away from how good the desserts taste!

I will always buy from them as the deserts are just so so incredible.

I've ordered from the vegan bakes quite a few times now! Every order has been spot on and the team are super friendly and helpful too!
Even my non-vegan friends and family have re-ordered after I've sent them presents from here!
The chub tubs and anything cookie based are my personal favourites

Distinctly average brownies for a start but the customer service is awful as is the shipping service, and not just the courier but the packing etc. After specifying a delivery day (they ask you to pick) that was timed to arrive perfectly for a birthday they arrived a day early. Normally fine but that meant a day closer towards being stale on the birthday. Not a great start. Then they arrived in one combined lump, literally. I’m sure in part the couriers fault probably tossing it around but a) they pick the courier and it wasn’t a great one, and b) they package them. Or fail to package them in such a way so that this doesn’t happen. Bearing in mind certain cup cake companies can ship you delicate cup cakes and have them arrive perfectly, the fact they struggle to ship brownies is pretty poor. When I raised this I was pleased to get an apology and the assurance they’d ship another box asap to arrive in time for the birthday. They failed to actually do this though. I emailed about a week later to say I’d not received them and to not worry now as it was too late and asked for a refund. They ignored this request entirely and then dispatched the replacement box. And then obviously lied about it saying it was just delayed. When the new box arrived it was as it should be but as I started with the brownies were really quite average. So all in all overpriced average brownies backed up with truly awful customer service. Either shop elsewhere or make your own!

Amazing service and great tasting brownies! Ordered a brownie box for my vegan partner as she hasn’t had a brownie for a very long time. Booked the dispatch date as the day before her birthday and it arrived before 10am the next morning in great condition. Was a little worried that shipping food would damage them but they were all intact. Perfect service and couldn’t wish for any more plus they tasted great and my fiancé adored them.

I have ordered from The Vegan Bakes many times and they have never disappointed.
Most recently, we had the delicious cookie slab for Valentine’s Day and it was absolutely incredible.
Baked to perfection, incredible flavour and delivered when expected. They make perfect gifts for others too whether they’re vegan or not.
I will continue to order whenever I get those sweet cravings.
