Recently upgraded to Sage Barista pro and was getting a terrible brew (max 18 secs and bitter) and assumed it was because of supermarket beans.

Got local fresh roasted beans and voila! 17.5g beans yielded 33g of espresso over 33sec of brew time.

Amazing service and great coffee beans Qualitasse Coffee in Basingstoke UK.

Ask for Andrew the roaster. He Made an espresso to taste every blend. And made me a latte to taste too.

Amazing service!!! I turned up unannounced looking to buy a bag of coffee and I was pleasantly surprised to be invited out the back and shown the full range. Richard was really welcoming and clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about his product. He gave me loads of great tips and recommended a particular blend which he allowed me to try before buying. The level of service was far beyond what I expected and I look forward to buying beans from these guys for a long time. Thanks again 🙂

Turned up unannounced to buy some beans for my espresso machine, was given a tour of the roastery, some great tips and the best latte I've ever tasted! David and Richard 'The Bearded Barista' are clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. No more stale old supermarket coffee, I'll be buying my fresh roast beans from here from now on.

I arrived unexpectedly to buy a small amount of coffee without realising that this was not the normal process.
However the 2 kind gentlemen who assisted me were so polite and accommodating to my needs - full accolades to them and thank you .
The coffee grind was perfect for my nanopresso and the end result was fantastic.

I’ve been with Qualitasse for almost two years and as long as I own the coffee shop, I will stay with them. Great coffee (in my and my customers opinion), fantastic teas, hot chocolate and chai latte. Next day delivery, helping staff… I cannot ask for more. Highly recommend.
