Edit: it's very clear at this point the company is ran by a family of thieves, I ordered storage containers on 5/5/25 and had zero updates for 14 days so I called a few days ago to be told the boss has all the internet info and I would get a call back in 30mins I did not receive a call or update on my order, I called again the following day to be told it would be shipped that day as they were waiting on one more container coming in and again no updates and it hasnt been shipped, I called today and left a message since they didnt answer.

At this point it very much seems like they have just stole my money and waffled when I have been lucky enough to get someone on the phone, I will be reaching out to trading standards avoid this company

Used to drive to Salisbury to use them, but now their local even better.
No problem to small to help, knowledgeable, if they don't have it they order it.
Competitive in all areas and Carl & Pat know their stuff. If you can't get to them they offer parcel delivery too,

This place is awesome! It’s Tucked out the way on a country lane but not far from the motorway, it’s A Big shop with loads on display so I could see what I wanted to buy actually working in front of me, which Made my decisions on what Brand of fans and lights to go with extremely easy. They had everything I needed for my setup in stock and were really friendly and helpful. Thank you guys!

I bought an item from this company on eBay. I checked it was available before purchase and paid immediately after hearing back. The parcel arrived a week later than stated at time of purchase and was in fact not what I ordered. I have asked for a refund and for the wrong goods to be taken away, however have now waited at home for a whole day for a courier who hasn't turned up and am still being told I can't have my money back to order the item elsewhere.

I really don't know what else to do here. I bought in good faith, I have been patient, I have been understanding, I have contacted you throughout, I have given you every chance to collect your goods and refund my money.

I would not recommend shopping with this company.

I'm a complete novice at growing and someone told me about this new place in Basingstoke. Absolutely Brilliant! They kitted me out with everything I needed to get started and loads of advice to go with it, I will definitely be going back for consumables and more advice as things progress. I got the impression that they really know what they are talking about. Highly recommended. Thanks Guys!

Was super happy with the customer service I received .. I needed too ask a lot of questions regarding the products but was not made too feel an inconvenience for a second . They were friendly welcoming and very knowledgeable can't fault these lads and they deserve some praise , Basingstoke area has needed a place of this quality for a long while so if horticulture is your thing get down there you won't feel dissapointed .
