Very nice office, modern and open plan but also meeting rooms and private space. Canteen is tasty food and good value. If you drive here the company carpark is full by 8am, and visitor parking must be booked wuth reception. EV charging in main carpark is available for employees if you ask at reception.

Avoid this company - the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even after admitting numerous faults, they still won't apologise. They also demand an additional £737 to return a payment terminal that doesn't even work!

Having been a client of over 17 years I am parting ways , I had a large transaction to make on our POS and conscious of cost I called to check the rate , I was told a much lower rate than was charged , I contacted concierge to see if a goodwill refund could be made then ensued a head banging period of over a month trying to get any sense out of staff particularly concierge member Rachel .
I had been put through to concierge with one simple request a reduction of the fee to what I was told before processing the payment but Rachel kept offering a rate review which whilst was appreciated surely a client of 17 years should be getting the best rates anyway ? apparently not .
I lost count of the times I confirmed with Rachel that I would look at the new rates once I had a resolve on the fee Rachel was supposed to be forwarding than on but it just never seemed to materialise ,this went on until I actually believed I was in a bot chat and questioned this with Rachel if she was indeed a real person as I was finding the chat nothing short of frustrating and found the answers nothing short of thick ( this is evidently abuse ) .
She found this to be abusive and upsetting which prompted me into the too difficult pile and refused any further help as she was so offended and distressed ( imagine how your clients feel ) not that she had given much anyway apart from a rate card , 2 weeks later I finally get an email from Phil in complaints , dear Phil client even pick the phone up to me to have a sensible discussion and understand fully what had gone on as it’s far easier to hide behind an email isn’t it Phil and he couldn’t find any wrong doing or a lack of service and accused me of being abusive to Rachel , sadly this is what our generation have become if you can’t do a job and get called out for being slack your then abusive they just change the narrative to suit.
I have asked for all internal correspondence under the freedom of information act as I am still in doubt if Rachel ever referred my refund request on in the first place . I really cannot believe how hard it is to get any sensible answer out of any member of staff I have spoken to . There is a complete lack of continuity and I still believe the case hasn’t been looked at properly just a bog standard response . And I’m still reeling at being labelled abusive I do not know how Phil had the Gaul to write this in an email I am appalled .
Not any acknowledgment of our long standing 17 years of loyalty or any type of review in all this time so essentially we only got offered better rates after a complaint so we have been fleeced by them for years .
The service is dire and unprofessional we will be closing our account and moving elsewhere .
Phil and Rachel with attitudes like that you ought to be damn right appalled at yourselves . Let this be a warning to anyone considering using this company .

worst company I have ever used. mistakes from day 1, customer service is horrific, promised no charges for 3 month because of the mess around and there still charging us. Called up to complain and was promised a call back on the Friday 6 weeks on and still no call. I have called trading standards already and will be taking the matter further. I would not recommend anyone to use this company.

Avoid this company.
I've 'only' had two occasions to contact this company and both have been shocking.
Signed up after being told we would be refunded the 'buy out' fee for our current provider - this never happened and all communication was ignored.

Goes to show how efficient you are. It has only took you a year to respond. My contract must be coming to an end. Cant wait to leave this company

I inquired with this company for a quote to set up card readers for my shop before we opened. I then had phonecalls almost daily from them to arrange payment but I hadn't actually agreed to receive any handsets. Around 2 months on, still getting phonecalls, I asked for my number to be removed from the shortlist and then, almost immediately since, I now receive scam messages from fake apple care suspension and fake insurance renewals with mobile numbers for the sender. This company is a joke and has tried to pressure a deal, when it didn't have the desired effect they sold my details on.
