Would actually give no stars if possible! Absolute joke of a company! Really disappointed as i have had from this company before and thought they were decent.
Ordered a skip for 12 noon they come at 9 am not here! To pay the cash on delivery and there is a car in the drive, because they werent expected till 12! So the driver went away! And the woman on the phone explained that it was the drivers fault he should have read his card for times! Which he clearly didnt! So it was arranged for the skip to be delivered today, And the owner then calls me! Demanding i pay fuel charges on top of the skip hire for there mistake! Lol! In utter disbelief! My driver cant read but hey you pay for his mistake!

Signed a car over to be scrapped was uplifted, was assured it would be updated by lady in office at DVLA and the car is missing! They have no record. Unhelpful and unprofessional
