The Highland Cow experience was the highlight of our trip to Scotland. The view from the farm of Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle is simply stunning. It was a fun and educational trip learning about the cows, sheep and farming in the area. We got to feed the cows and gave milk to a couple of lambs! The farm has been in Farmer Iain's family for generations and he would like to be able to continue working it despite the challenges he face. Support from tourists will enable him to do so. Booking through the Loch Ness Travel Hub's website was easy. Highly recommended!

This tour was over the top incredible!!! We loved feeding the Coo's, baby Coo and baby sheep!! Our tour guide grew up with his friend who owns the property ( which has been in his family for 7 generations). It was really cool hearing about community town and locals. They have a beautiful view and we took the best pics of the loch and town. Thanks !!

What a lovely and wholesome experience we had!
I booked myself, my wife and our two young children onto the tour this week. The best experience we’ve had as a family in quite some time.
The kids absolutely loved it and Iain (the owner) was so good at explaining everything to us all and helping the kids hold the baby lambs which was a really special moment especially for our Daughter who didn’t want to leave.
Hands down, one of the best family experiences to go on.
At one with nature and no screens, wholesome and educational for everyone.

We visited the highland cows and lambs at Ian's croft in April. We were a group of teenagers, adults and seniors and we came away feeling happy after spending time with the animals. Having a cuddle and feeding the wee lamb Mary was really soul enriching! And the Highland cows were even more beautiful up close! Ian was a welcoming host and clearly cares about his animals and sharing stories about them.

This was an actual dream come true! The booking process was quick and easy. Ian and his family have a beautiful Croft and it is clear they put their heart and souls into caring for their animals (or pets as Ian called them 🙂 ). I learned so much about the area and the highland cows themselves. They all have different personalities and I was lucky enough to meet the newest additions who are all female! I look forward to another visit next time I am in Scotland

This was by far the highlight of our trip to Scotland! Iain was a delight from beginning to end, and you can see the love he has for all of his animals. The cows were incredible. We even got to see the new babies who were born a few days prior to our visit. I highly recommend this to anyone! If you love animals, you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely incredible experience! I could not recommend this tour more! You get to see the Harry Coos (Highland Cows) up close and give them treats. Best thing we did in Scotland. Thank you for a wonderful memory!!!
