The ordering process was straight forward.
For 1 item the full number of screws I ordered were not available. I had a phone call offering alternatives but I needed the specific length. The rest of the order was sent and the additional screws that had been on back order followed a few days later. In my view it is how a company deals with challenges that counts and Bolt Base nailed it!

Really good service, great products, cheaper than ebay or amazon if you use their website. All good, recommended especially for stainless steel screws (why would you use anything else outdoors?). The only problem is product creep on the website. I go there to buy one thing and end up replenishing stocks! Still for DIY they provide the quality and ease needed to make the job just that bit easier.

I'm in the middle of restoring this 90's 1/8th scale nitro stock car, every nut, bolt & washer has been supplied by Bolt Base. I've been using these guys for a few years now, the service & speed of delivery is fantastic.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the lady at Bolt Base who got us back up and running. We are on holiday and my Mam had an accident on her scooter. We were struggling to get the screws we needed to put it right. The lady who helped us was so knowledgeable, helpful and efficient and had us sorted in no time.
