I did not feel particularly welcome in this shop. I got what I needed but will shop elsewhere next time. I can get bird seed plenty of other places. A smile and a greeting go a long way to ensure customers come back for more. But no smiles at Highland Pet and Equine.

Wonderful customer service! Very welcoming and friendly. And the price of feed for animals is absolutely amazing. Their products aswell are extremely affordable. Highly recommend for your pet and equine needs... They even do farm animals feeds. All so affordable 💗

Wonderful Pet Shop with excellent, quality product's for all animal's. It's a real pleasure to shop there. I haven't been able to go there for quite a while but order by phone due to ill health and they have been so kind and helpful and they make me laugh!! Highly recommended.

Frequently use this store so I don't need to go to Inverness but always found them a bit nippy. Anyways, always got what I needed. I was in last week and was appalled at how the female owner treated a customer! Dog had an accident in the floor, just a pee and the female owner basically called her out saying " it must have been your dog as there isn't any other dog in here". She then promptly banged a bucket and mop on the floor and said" there's the bucket and mop", so rude I couldn't believe it. The woman was so embarrassed I waited for her outside and she said she spent £100 per month in the store and definitely not going back as she made her feel so small. This behaviour was unacceptable and so I am not going back either. Rude horrible woman,!!
