Cottage was spotless and so well equipped, they have thought of everything. Real luxury and a fabulous view, handy location and so relaxed and friendly. We'll definitely be back, thank you 😊

We stayed in West View cottage for just over a week and absolutely loved it!! ||The cottage is clean, tidy and has ample Pillows and towels.||West view is a 3 bedroom cottage with ample room. There are views from the rear that overlooking The Cromarty Firth. There was a patio with furniture but December was a little cold to sit out.||The kitchen is well stocked with utensils pots, pan plates etc.||There is a washing machine inside the utility porch which was very handed.||All 3 bedrooms are a very good size and 2 rooms have a fabulous view over the Cromarty Firth.||There is an ensuite bathroom, a main upstairs bathroom and a downstairs bathroom. ||There is a bath in the the main bathroom done to high speck.||As well as the wonderful cottage the Highland farm also has a lovely cafe with freshly cooked food.||Definitely recommend 👌 ||Cathy & Gary ||||||

Fantastic and very comfortable cottage. Ideally located to use as a base in the highlands with so much to see in local area. Beautiful!|Rooms were very comfortable, kitchen and dining room was perfect for a family stay and with the cafe / restaurant on site with shop you have everything on site.

Cottage was lovely and comfy. The kitchen tap needs fixed but apart from that excellent place to stay for a few days. It helped that the weather was very good. Views across the water was amazing. The cafe was also very good.

We had the best time in Highland Farm Cottages! ||The cottage was amazing and the view unbelievable. There was view from all the bedrooms and garden access. ||The cottage was spotless clean and it felt fresh and airy! It was very well equipped and 3 bed rooms had ensuites!||The staff were so helpful, also suggesting places to explore and see!||It was great to be at the same location as the cafe so we could enjoy freshly brewed coffee, late breakfast and lunches. ||We re already planning to go back again!

This is definitely a gem hidden in the country side of Mount Gerald!!
The views are spectacular along with the tranquility of the earth, home away from home!!
Perfect location to head out for day trips to the North.
Do not forget to treat yourselves to a delicious breakfast at the Highland Farm Cafe!

We stayed for 3 nights last week in Chestnut cottage and wish to stay longer. The cottage is very new and 2 storeys, very spacious for a family of 4. The kitchen is big and well equipped with pots, induction hob & hood, dishwasher, washer, fridge and utensils, cups etc. There is a starter bread and Jams provided. The cottage is also very clean. No dryer but clothes can be dry off quite fast at drying rack placed near windows and doors. ||Living room TV had quite a number of channels and comfy sofas, and open up to a outdoor balcony seating area. There are 2 toilets and 2 bedrooms. ||Outside the cottage we always see sheep coming by. Carparking outside each cottage. Small playground at the main coach house. ||Service is also good and the owners are friendly. Highly recommend.

Most wonderfull location to spend your holliday! Very good cottages. Up to date with all the aplliances you need. Stunning views of the surrounding landscape! ||||Its a top notch base for exploring the beautifull region. If you like biking, walking,golfing,culture,sailing,etc,etc its all within your reach. They are now building a small café/diner above the cottages so you can enjoy the surroundings even more with a drink and something to eat!! It will hopefully be ready in the beginning of 2018!!||||And this is all managed by the most wonderfull,relaxed and nice people there. So go and experience all the beautifull things the place has to offer because i'am allready missing it!! Thanks highland farm cottages for giving us a great memory.
