Absolutely horrendous service. I ordered a delivery on 28th November for the following Monday and it never arrived. Upon contact a week later, they apologised and promised it would come the following Monday, taking down our details and double checking. Monday came, no delivery. I called, and the most unhelpful lady huffed and grunted and said she didnt have any answers. Said she would ask the 'man' when he got back what happened. No call back. Called again today, same lady, no answers, no willingness to even apologise or look into it, simply stating in a huffy tone 'I'm just here to answer phones' then hangs up on me. We have a lady with Parkinson's and dementia and trying to keep her home heated, yet these guys don't care about those things.

Great guy always delivers even when I have wrong date

My partner called up as on a regular basis they park over our drive and block the street.
Asked if it was possible for them not to block our driveway at around 9.30am on a Monday morning as we need access for our child minder and as this has happened on a few occasions resulting in my partner being late for work meetings due to childminder not being able to get in. Spoken to by a rude, argumentative 'gentleman' who said why should he re-arrange his week for our benefit (only asked if he could be mindful over our drive at that time in the morning - we have 2 disabled children, a baby and my partner is chronically ill) - he ended the call to my partner saying she should 'get out more' ironically

Would never use them now and what a poor way to conduct business.

A first rate service from a first rate company. They often seem to know instinctively when we need fuel! Sometimes it's not even next day service but same day service - and we're ten miles away! A great find.
