Avoid at all costs - absolutely terrible.

Very poor communication and service, and ultimately I've ended up with a product that doesn't work, having to pay someone else to fix it.

I bought a used pallet stacker from Will towards the end of 2019 and it didn't work from the start. I managed without it for a while and then Will came out and got it working, though not properly and very soon it failed again completely. I was still waiting for Will to come back and sort it out at the start of lockdown in March 2020. I wasn't hassling Will at this point because I wasn't sure what his situation was, but I kept trying occasionally to contact him and eventually received a response to an email informing me that Will was away but would be back on a certain date and the earliest he'd be able to get to me was a week or so later. I replied that I was likely to be on holiday that week but that if he wanted to get access, to let me know and I'd see if I could arrange that. When I got back from my holiday Will's card had been put through the door, so I called him, thinking he'd called in while passing and expecting to arrange a return visit. It turned out though that Will had turned up unannounced not once but twice and knowing that I was unlikely to be around, and he saw that as having done all he could to put things right. He did eventually agree to come back and get the job done but that was the last time I managed to speak to him or receive any form of response. He's washed his hands of it and moved on. I'm left with a totally useless pallet stacker that's barely worked since I bought it over six months ago.

I'm not usually someone to leave reviews but the way this all turned out has left a bad taste in my mouth and I'd strongly recommend avoiding this company and finding a more professional outfit.
