Nice fishery with 3 Lochans to choose from although only two are fly the 3rd is bait. Well stocked with fish, pegs have seats and bins The cabin has a good selection of tackle bits n bobs and basic drinks and snacks for sale. There are tables inside and outside to eat. Stunning views. Only negative is motorway noise and they don't take debit or credit cards.

Went with my daughter had a great couple off hours on the bait pond
Plenty off fishing showing the whole session
She got a cracking 3.5lb brownie and a 2.5lb rainbow
Can’t recommend here enough
Will definitely be back the next time we are down this way

Been a couple of times now. While there are loads of places to go fishing, Wellsfield is great. Nice surroundings, reasonable pricing, snacks, hot drinks and toilets that aren't just portaloos!

The fishing is good, well stocked with decent sized fish. Separate areas for fly fishing and bait. They don't allow spinning, but everything else is fine. Kids friendly - certainly important for me as a parent! The staff have been nice, always good to feel welcomed.

Worth noting they don't really have a card machine in the fishery, which leads to complicated card payment - bring cash, save the hassle!

Great place. My 8 year old caught 2 fish in the first 10 minutes. Nice scenery.
A friendly atmosphere from the other fishers and the people running the desk. Will definitely return.

Great afternoon out, plenty of trout caught, all big sizes. Only disappointment is the website says it closes at 8pm but actually closes at 5pm. Otherwise would've been a five star

Best Fishery in Stirlingshire
Best quality of fish for your money aswekl.
Taking out 9lb , 8,lb , 6 lb , fish every week!! ,
9lb being my biggest but catching tonnes of fish around the 5 lb mark.
And iv seen dozens of double figure trout cone out if this water ,
