Amazing company! I phoned last Friday and asked if I could pop in and see their pet friendly artificial grass. I dealt with Jennifer she was absolutely lovely, had 3 samples of grass waiting for me on arrival even though I turned up a few hours later she explained everything to me in great detail without leaving anything out even showed me her lovely dogs and told me they enjoy the grass a lot and recommended a cleaner incase the dog does the toilet on it. I took the samples home for the dog to see what she liked the best they were a really good size aswell not just a little patch but enough for the dog to get a lie down on them. I ended up opting for the GlenCoe it was the best and at a really good price. I phoned up and paid and the order was ready for me the next morning even after placing my order just before they closed the day before. I then collected and spoke with Susan and another woman I didn’t get her name unfortunately and they were amazing aswell even offering to drop off my membrane the same night as I turned up earlier than expected, all and all a great company to have dealt with and with amazing customer service. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs artificial grass in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Star service

This company were great! Very efficient and tidy and use top quality materials. Protected our new decking while removing a lot of earth from the garden. Built a great golf short game area in our back garden.

We have just had our back garden grass done by The Artificial Grass Company Scotland and I am so happy to recommend them! From the get go it has been a smooth process, in all it took 1.5 days to do and it was so well managed by Jack and team. They were polite, friendly and were great at answering my questions along the way and helping me understand the process. Even succeeding in putting grass in an awkward spot by the decking which we so badly wanted rather than stones. We have two young boys and have gone from a swampy mud ridden garden to a garden which is now level, with good drainage and can almost be like another room to the house for the boys to play in. The team did a great job from start to finish! Lots of good information during the consultation, an accurate quote, good work when installing, friendly installers and good after care - I had a very small issue (due to my house being a new build and the ground settling) and they came out asap to fix it! Fantastic service and love my artificial grass!

Absolutely love my garden now, we have 3 fur babies and the previous garden was a nightmare and since having it done it has been absolutely fantastic. The guys done so much in such a short space of time would highly recommend and was maybe thinking in the future transforming my front garden.
The before and after photos don't do it full justice but all our family members were really impressed.

We undertook a large project of installing a putting green and area on opposite side of garden to house a net for hitting balls in to. From the moment i found The Artificial Grass Company on the internet to the first site visit to the full installation Gordon and his team have been first class. We agreed the project and an intended start date and the install team did an unbelievable job at pulling it all together, even adding suggestions to how the area could be even better once they were on site. We decided we would also like to renew the perimeter fence and are absolutely thrilled by both the quality of the fence itself and workmanship. Their work ethic on site was ridiculous, these guys are grafters!!
They returned a few weeks after completion to check how the project was settling in and address any issues that arose without hesitation.

Highly recommend! The Artificial Grass Company did my garden nearly a year ago now, and it's still looking great. I have a dog who LOVES to dig so discussed this with the guys who were really helpful in providing a solution to make sure she can't get in and under the edges. The grass is used frequently by boys with football boots, and a young collie who races around chasing after balls. There's no sign of any wear and tear so far, and dog mess is easily lifted off the top of it with no issues.

The company came out twice before the job to look over the site with me and make a plan, carried out the work efficiently and with a friendly team, kept mess and disruption to a minimum and have been really helpful throughout.

I wasn't completely sure that it would be worth the initial cost but with a new build, I had to choose something so went with artificial grass. I am so glad I did. For such an active house, there's literally no mess in the house! Slightly damp feet and paws, but no mud or grass in sight. Worth every penny!

Delighted with new artificial grass and patio, garden was on a slope and had huge drainage issues. Team were amazing, polite, hardworking and cleared up afterwards.
Not cheapest on the market, but you get what you pay for, quality.
