We've had Indian food all over the world, some good some bad, some amazing, however, after giving it a lot of thought, this is truly the very very best of them all. The service was impeccable, and the food was simply divine. We purchased the meal for two and very nearly ate the whole lot in one go, but not quite. It was so so good, the chef must be a genius to produce something so excellent. We will be regular customers for sure. Thanks to the staff involved.

1 star for room as never used this facility.
Food is fantastic and massive portions. Great service and pretty reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

A warm welcome awaits you at this budget friendly hotel, situated a 10 minute walk from the centre of Perth. |Rooms require modernisation but are clean with temperature control, tea, coffee, bottled water and a hairdryer. The bathroom has been modernised which has a good shower and toiletries. The sink tap is turned on by hand sensor and has only one temperature which can get really hot so made it difficult to wash and brush teeth so use your bottled water for this. |Breakfast was good with plenty choice but last sittings was 9am, even at the weekend. It would be better if it was extended to 10am, especially when you’ve had a late night the night before. |All in all, if the price was right, we would stay here again.

Old school but still very comfortable.
Style is stuck in the 1980s. Having said this the bed was very comfortable and warm. The room was very clean. The bathroom was fantastic! Newly done over. Great shower 🚿 and a magic mirror that doesn't fog up! Way cool.
Top notch staff. Five stars for sure.

Not sure on the rooms as came for the restaurant. The food was beautiful!! We had a chicken poori for starter which was beautifully presented and the perfect balance. One of the best tikka masala I’ve ever had. Portion size is perfect. Service is quick and efficient and staff are lovely! Highly recommended

Ordered from Shimla Indian restaurant this evening and we were not disappointed! The food was hot, tasty and arrived before time suggested. I’ve honestly never had a better Indian in Perth before. Defo recommend and defo ordering again! 👏

We had a takeaway from the hotel restaurant. The lamb Rogan Josh was very poor. The lamb didn’t taste like lamb and could have been cheap beef. The sauce was synthetic in taste, lacking any veg and flavour.

Superb stay! Extremely comfortable rooms with a handy sink and then a spotless private bathroom right next door. Fantastic meal in their restaurant, authentic Nepalese food served by super friendly guys. You must stay and eat here, it was so much more than I was expecting. Delicious cooked breakfast too, you won't go hungry. The customer service is excellent, thanks so much for carrying my bag yesterday Harry
