It’s is a miserable shop with unhappy staff! Understaffed. Paper deliveries are terrible and we often see older people looking for their papers which they have paid to be delivered. Yodel service is off hand and badly done Arriving to deposit items and being told bag full! Come back. We have lost your item come back! Machine not working won’t be on for 72 hours. We know who you are but you can’t get your parcel unless you have a piece of official paper ID. Despite having phone with lots of personal details on board. No apologies just go away! Queue too long, we can’t take parcels! Exasperated at all times.

Shop is an agent for a delivery company yet staff make up their own rules on the ID you need to collect - you may think that following the delivery companies instructions is enough but no - apparently you need official, physical ID because that’s the law? -

Excellent customer service. The young girl Devon is very well mannered and helpful . . George has exceptional communication. Janice and the other lady are awesome and again great with what ever u need help with . . Big change for the better What a massive improvement they make to that store. Extremely impressed. Keep up the fantastic work

Offer a package service with one member of staff on. Package customers asked to queue separately so all other customers served first at busiest time of day. Don't offer service if can't resource it

Absolutely exceptional. The staff treated me as one of their own and treated me as a young baby bird! I myself have gone through a rough place in my life and this experience just made my day. The food is absolutely scrumptious and fairly priced. What a great place and experience would definitely recommend!

The staff were erratic and rude, and the prices were absolutely disgraceful. I know that the area is quite rural but I have noticed that they like many other shops are buying stock from places like farmfoods i.e a tin of "Rockstar" for 49 pence in farmfoods and are selling it at the band price of £1.29 which is illegal. Hygiene is below par.

This shop is nothing short of fantabydosy
I was welcomed with open arms and let in to shop to buy my groceries the man at the was so kind and gentle I would definitely recommend for any one who likes shopping !!! I LOVE RS MCOLLSSS ITS SO FUN AND NICE
