Appalling service . I ordered gut sponge and received no contact to say this was out of stock despite numerous attempts to contact them . After finally reaching them they offered a refund via email which I agreed to and purchased elsewhere . The item then arrived with no contact from them but by now was no longer required . Despite my repeatedly asking them to recall this item and refund money they have not done so . This product was sent in error from Ayr Equestrian . They have not arranged to collect nor refunded money . The emails are not at all helpful or customer friendly and very standard ( almost bot like ) I have given up and will not be using or recommending this company

I ordered a pair of boots from their website, it took them 24 hours to inform me that they hadn’t got these boots and that the website was wrong, it’s taken 3 days to get a response, I have now asked for a full refund.
Appalled with how they have dealt with this.

Absolutely fantastic place to get horsey paraphernalia and helpful advice and support! The staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and we are never made to feel embarrassed when our equine knowledge is inadequate for the purchases we need to make. To top it off; Willy the Whippet is an added bonus to the staff team!! Best therapy dog ever!!

The staff & volunteers were super helpful and knowledgeable. We had a brilliant time and felt well looked after even though we were all at very different levels of ability. We did a half lesson/half hack.

Exceptional customer service- above and beyond and highly knowledgeable staff. Fantastic range of products and nothing is ever too much trouble. Highly recommended and my go to shop for everything for my horse !
