I have been looking for a long time how to address the ethical and moral challenge of eating cheese made from milk sourced from cows separated from their calves minutes after birth. This brilliant dairy not only answered my prayers but also make truly delicious cheeses. The Tome is wondrous :-))). I'm looking forward to visiting the farm and trying out the icecream making session in the summer.

Great cheese..great people. Working on a way to let cows raise therir calves,still milk them and look after the pasture..and be financially successfull. A credit to them. And more then happy to share their experience and knowledge.

Great to have a farm which takes a totally ethical approach to its livestock. Everyone should research this farm. Also great ice-cream and cheese produced. Cafe / restaurant excellent. Even better finally somewhere where dogs are only allowed in the outside (covered) areas and not inside (with the exception of guide dogs). As someone with an allergy to dog hairs this is a great boon.

I was bought the blue hamper for my birthday. Delicious cheese and a great selection of oakcakes and chutney. It's probably a tad expensive to buy all the time, but a great treat and the more profitable it is, the more it will hopefully encourage others to do the same amd improve cow welfare 🐄😀🧀

Visited for 15 years or now. Recently they have made the decision to remove all the kids activities and focus on the dairy. Shame for those that never got to experience what it was before as my son had days of fun here. Products are still terrific though.

The "shop" is currently a fridge in the Cream O' Galloway visitor centre which I didn't expect. Fantastic cheese though, worth the visit and much better value than buying from their website.
