1st time iv pre ordered with the butchers I like to support local. I pre ordered weeks prior Turkey and full breakfast items. My daughter had to collect my order but many items were missing including a turkey! Eggs,potatoe scones, fruit pudding. I was left without turkey on Christmas Day. And when iv come in to question it the girl blamed it on new staff , no stock delivered?and didn't care at all no customer service skills at all and didn't care I wouldn't return. I don't think they should use a pre order system. Its disapointing to be treated that way when all I wanted to do was support a local small business

Brilliant butchers shop all locally sourced beef and poultry with a terrific selection of spices and marinades. So much so that we travel from East Kilbride to get our meats.

Great place to stock up on Jock food before crossing into England. Quick detour off M74. Loads of choice and local produce. Friendly staff, and it was on shop local.
