Little Flyers Nursery in West Calder has been an absolute blessing for my two-year-old daughter. From the warm welcome at the door to the engaging activities and caring staff, every aspect of this nursery deserves a five-star rating.

The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of toddlers, striking a perfect balance between structured activities and free play. My daughter has not only developed essential social skills but has also shown remarkable progress in her communication and vocabulary.

The outdoor play area is a highlight for little ones, providing a safe and stimulating environment for exploration and play. The emphasis on physical activity is wonderful, contributing to their overall well-being.

Communication with parents is outstanding. Daily updates and pictures keep me informed about my daughter's activities and experiences, fostering a sense of connection even when we're apart. The staff's transparency and openness are truly appreciated.

Safety and cleanliness are top priorities at Little Flyers. The facilities are well-maintained, and I am confident that my child is in a secure and nurturing environment.

My son has been attending Little Flyers Nursery West Calder since he was 2 years old. Initially I paid for him to attend 2 afternoons a week to give me some extra personal time when my eldest child was also at nursery, then when he turned 3 I decided to keep him at the nursery instead of changing him to the council run nursery my daughter had attended because he was so happy where he was. I love the Little Flyers nursery for many reasons. I find the staff to be extremely helpful, attentive and caring and they always inform me straight away of any bumps or minor injuries my son may have suffered (he’s got his Mum’s clumsy genes)! The facilities are great and they are always looking at ways to improve them. The app is fantastic as I get daily updates of his time at nursery from what he’s eaten to any milestones he has completed. They were so helpful when we were potty training him as well and can’t thank them enough for their support during that time. If you’re looking for a safe, clean and caring place for your child I can’t recommend Little Flyers enough. The staff are all so friendly, knowledgeable and supportive and I’m so glad my son’s early learning has been at Little Flyers West Calder.

I absolutely love Little Flyers nursery for my daughter. She only started in December and I can already see a big difference in her. There's so much for the kids to play with and the love and attention they receive is brilliant. When I went for a visit I knew this was the right place for her. The staff are all very good and approachable and I know my daughter is in safe hands. I highly recommend it.

Both my children attend Little Flyers. The staff here are always kind, friendly, enthusiastic and caring. They get to know the kids really well and build a genuine rapport with them. We get daily photos showing what the kids have been up to, and can easily contact the nursery if we need to. The kids couldn't be in better hands!

The staff have been really attentive and supportive to help make the transition to nursery as smooth as possible. My son is now becoming more comfortable and independent on his days there. The app is also really great for seeing what he’s up to during the day and love getting pictures from the activities he does while there.

Amazing nursery. The staff are wonderful with the kids. You are kept informed with your kids daily activities and progess. Nursery is always clean and loads of different activities to keep kids entertained as well as educated.
