Recently visited Lime Tree Larder, just outside Kilbirnie on route to Largs for some ice cream for first time and it will definitely not be our last visit . The owners make an impressive range of ice cream flavours and chocolates which are extremely good value and delicious . Throughly recommend trying the Ginger ice cream tub and Cherry ice cream tub.
On my next visit, hoping to purchase the Green Apple ice cream.. The owners are lovely and very passionate about their business. The Ginger chocolates were also yummy . 😋

Dropped by as passing.
The owner met us at the door .Very knowledgeable gentleman spoke about chocolate production, which his wife and himself do. It's really interesting.
Verity of chocolates given they ate made by the farmer were delicious. Ice cream and sorbet all made at the farm.A must is Apple ice cream it is to die for never has apple ice cream.
Childrens chocolate making sessions are available, too.
Great visit, and I would go back and highly recommend it.

Lovely staff, lovely ice creams with unique flavours and some classics. Decadent handmade chocolates. Brilliant as gifts or for a little treat to yourself.

It's located near a lovely farm with beautiful rolling hills. Check it out for a marvelous unexpected little Nook where you can take courses, have fun with kids, they can colour in, learn some chocolate and ice cream making skills and crafts. Definitely worth seeking out.
