Great to deal with.
Very helpful, spoke to Robert. Placed order. Material delivered on day to suit me. Delivery driver also really helpful, gave me information on best way to deal with materials. Recommend and would use again. Thanks guys.

Ordered materials and delivered next day, quickest service I have had in this area and top quality dense concrete blocks
Delivery driver was customer care focused on where the materials was to be placed whilst carrying out his RA overhead cables, boundary walls and surface makeup, credit to this company,will be my company of choice now

MKM Kilmarnock absolute nightmare. Purchased porcelain garden tiles and after 2 days there were brown stains all over the tiles. Contacted MKM and after lies about contacting the supplier from the staff member I spoke to a director? The director without speaking to the supplier told me" if your looking to have the replaced you have no chance" So there's customer service for you!!

If receiving goods from here be prepared to pay builders to sit around as you have not got a clue when it is going to arrive . The goods were for mid morning at first phone call now who knows unfortunately company does not do E.T.A any savings made gone on builders grrrr.
