Stayed in 1 of the cottages and it was lovely and peaceful, perfect couples night away. Cottage was well equipped, clean and modern. Bed comfortable and the breakfast was amazing and the hot tub!! Amazing for the price.

The cottage and hot tub were a really nice treat for my 40th birthday from my friend. We enjoyed it so much the views were beautiful and it was so peacefull. Lovely wee cottage and great host. Would recommend if looking for a peaceful relaxed night or two away

My husband and I stayed at Fox House last night as we were attending a function nearby. We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave this morning! The accommodation was spotless, the service warm and friendly and the farm house set in the most beautiful Ayrshire countryside. Everything was just perfect! The bedroom was huge and the bed honestly the comfiest we’ve ever slept in! The bathroom was also spacious and very modern with a lovely shower suite. Gary and Alison were very welcoming and Gary cooked up a storm with full
Scottish breakfast. They were most accommodating and if we’re ever back down that neck of woods, we wouldn’t hesitate to book Fox House. Five stars from us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Once again this is a great wee place to visit to relax. Hot tub is brilliant, bed and pillows so comfy. Alison is an excellent host very helpful and went above and beyond putting up birthday banners and bottle wine in cottage for my partner's birthday. Also nice touch of a loaf , butter, jam milk and tea/coffee too. Excellent value for money

We were looking for a place in the country but close to the airport and this was ideal. It's a lovely period house with a lot of original features and nice gardens. |Our room was on the ground floor. It was spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee and a T.V. The only downside was that our bathroom was a bit pokey and you had to go across the corridor.|There is a lovely place for dinner, the Blair, just five minutes away.|Our breakfast was served in the dining room which has beautiful period ceilings. The breakfast was delicious and the owner very friendly.|I would recommend this for a night if you are flying out and don't want to stay in an airport hotel. It took us twenty minutes to get to the airport.

Friendly and helpful host! Beautiful and spotless modern rooms set in a traditional building with some original material. Need to drive a little bit to get anywhere, or walk. But otherwise lovely! There are also 1 bedroom cottages with hot tubs! Fully Scottish Breakfast was really good also!

Love this place! We’ve being twice now, so quiet, own hot tub, everything is there that you would need, place is amazing, shops aren’t too far away, they are super friendly & welcoming too, lovely for a night or a few nights away, so peaceful, highly recommend

The hosts at Thirdpart Farm were very welcoming and accommodating. The house was really quirky and the rooms were great, plenty of amenities and very spacious and comfortable. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were also spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fantastic, made to order by the brilliant Gary and provided plenty of choice for all of us! The surrounding area was very quiet and yet just 10 minutes away from local towns, lovely walks and public transport. As a family, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thirdpart Farm and would undoubtedly stay again.
