One of their drivers on the M8 Glasgow westbound at Junction six was so busy texting that he nearly hit the front of my car by crossing over lanes and when I phoned the office to report it they didn’t care… You would think with the money they saved ripping off Costco‘s logothey can afford to hire slightly better drivers

Went there today on behalf of my son's business.
Didn't order online, but went there myself.
Very pleasant lady there to take my order.
My items were brought down even before she'd printed out my receipt, and the guys even loaded the car for me.
I've read the other reviews....but I couldn't have asked for a faster service. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

To place an order from Fresco online or over the phone make sure everything nothing missing because if you got one item missing they tell you I’m gonna deliver it to next week. They charge you for £5 for delivery charge because it under minimum order. Be careful make sure everything is okay before you place an order.

Terrible customer service!
Staff on the phone didn't bother taking a note of opening hours and driver turned up after I left the shop, had to go all the way back to let him in.
The other lady on the phone couldn't even understand when I was trying to say I was needing the chicken all she could say is " I can reschedule for Friday" .

Definitely not Getting new customers with this attitude You can even offer free stock.
Never mind promotion your business with all these text messages invest on some decent staff
