I was in today in the afternoon and the fellow tryied to cheat me out of one pound!! Change after buying a a pack of smokes. Very dishonest person they should remove him!!

Went in for electric ang gas one staff member told me they couldn't put my gas with my items that I was buying had to be separate so charged me 16 for items and electric then 10 pound for gas went home he put electric on but not the gas then when phoned they binned the recipt to show but I was still charged for both transactions when phoned the bank both times they says both transactions went through and cleared but when went back for a second time same staff member very abrupt and rude kept embarrassing me over wanting my own money back as never received the gas top up would definitely say I'd never use that shop again ...

Had a bad experience with some staff members making mistakes at the post office.This happened not just once but on several occasions trust me!Not happy with the outcome of managers and even when I contacted the Hr dept.I'll never again go back there!!They should be more polite and have courtesy in how they treat paying customers and SHOULD NOT ALWAYS part with their inexperienced personnel.All I can say is be careful it doesn't happen to you! I will contact the central post office about this issue. Phil x
