Arrived to pick up a box of containers at 4.30 as online it dearly states they close at 5pm. No they don't. One part closed at 3pm. Another part at 4pm and the office at 5pm. Phones the office but they have no access to anywhere to let me pick up. Having travelled from one side of the city to the other to pick up containers this wasn't what I expected. Sort your online information out please.
